This whiskey is in short supply, with a limited number of barrels produced. Matured in bourbon and sherry casks for 21 years, before moving to a wood-infused cask, the result is an excellent whiskey with a dark chocolate flavor and aromas of caramel that appears before releasing a magical explosion of mint.
