Intense ruby, with hints of slight evolution, which guarantees continued good ageing in the bottle. Aroma of red fruits, wild plants and a slight smokiness, typical of bottle ageing. Good volume in the mouth, velvety tannins and a pleasant freshness, typical of the natural acidity of Cova da Beira wines; the aromatic component is striking and complex, with perfectly integrated notes of wood.
Quinta Dos Termos Vinhas Velhas Red is recommended to accompany roast meats such as the famous Cabrito à Serrana, game dishes and buttery Serra cheese.
