Liqueur produced according to a conventual recipe, in an artisanal way, free of colorings and flavorings. After being picked, the sour cherries are selected and placed in an alcoholic infusion in stainless steel vats where they are left to age for a long time. It has an intense aroma and taste of sour cherries, a ruby color and a shiny appearance. The palate is round and velvety.
