Bols Advocaat is a rich, creamy blend of egg yolk, sugar and brandy with a hint of vanilla. Yellowish color. Mild aroma, with a surprisingly light and full-bodied taste. Serve on the rocks, in cocktails, long drinks (Snowball) and shots (Pastel Nata). This Dutch specialty is also used in ice cream desserts.
