Vinification: Manual harvest on two different dates, so that all the grapes are picked with the ideal degree of ripeness. Fermentation in stainless steel vats and new French oak barrels (500 L), where it ages for 6 months and with a very mild battônage. Final batch with 45% barrels and 55% stainless steel.
Tasting Notes: Delicate nose, with notes of white flowers, discreet fruit and sea air. The mouth is deep and wide, with good acidity and a salty finish. Well integrated barrel, with structure, volume and enormous elegance.
