Gin
Gin originated in the Netherlands in the mid-seventeenth century. He came by the hand of doctor Francisco De La Boe were looking for a simple and cost-effective formula for achieving a diuretic. This medicine would be used for the treatment of kidney disease in the Leyden school, near the city of Amsterdam. However, the preparation obtained did not actually turn into medicine and became appreciated by many tasters distillates - because of its affordable price and intense flavor - became known as the "Gin De La Boe".
