The Gin Sharish get its name to the village of Monsaraz (sharish means xara, jara, or esteva). The Gin Sharish is made from traditionally Portuguese ingredients, like Juniper and coriander seeds, including Orange, lemon and fresh lemon verbena. The signature and charisma of the Gin is obtained through the singular presence of bravo de Esmolfe apples, a PDO product (or Denonimação of protected origin) since 1994. The origin?
